1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
✅ United States (including all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses)
✅ Canada
❌ Select International Locations (See Section 6 for details)

2. Processing & Handling Times
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) may be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or peak seasons.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order using the link in your email or through our Order Tracking Page.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at info@shivakermani.com.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. However, we recommend the following steps:
If your package is delayed
- Check your tracking information for carrier updates.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your package is lost or stolen
- Verify the shipping address on your order.
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- File a missing package claim with the carrier.
- Contact us at info@shivakermani.com, and we will assist where possible.
6. International Orders & Customs - NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RIGHT NOW!
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be charged upon arrival.
- Customs processing can delay delivery times beyond our control.
- If you refuse a package due to customs fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Tip: Contact your local customs office for information on potential import fees before placing an order.
7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes.
- If you need to update your shipping address, email info@shivakermani.com ASAP with your order number and correct address.
- If your order has already shipped, we cannot make changes or reroute the package.
8. Returned & Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, you may:
✔️ Request reshipment (additional shipping charges apply).
✔️ Request a refund (minus shipping fees).
We do not refund shipping costs for undeliverable packages.
9. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to:

❌ Strikes, pandemics, or other force majeure events
