At Shiva Skin Care, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

✅ Product is unused and in its original packaging.
✅ Product is not a final sale item.
✅ Return request is made within 30 days of purchase.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ Opened or used skincare products.
❌ Gift cards.
❌ Final sale or promotional items.
❌ Products purchased from third-party retailers (only purchases made on ShivaKermani.com are eligible for returns).

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@shivakermani.com with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  • Pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package.
  • Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
    Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Important: We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

✅ Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
❌ Rejected Returns: If the product does not meet return eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and the item will be sent back to you.

Note: Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (e.g., sending the wrong item).

 

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will:

✔️ Send a replacement at no extra cost OR
✔️ Offer a full refund, including shipping charges

To process a claim, email info@shivakermani.com with:
Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
Your order number

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
✔️ Check your bank or credit card statement.
✔️ Contact your bank or payment provider (some banks take longer to process refunds).
✔️ If you still have not received your refund, email us at info@shivakermani.com for assistance.

 

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

 

9. International Orders

  • At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders due to high shipping costs.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us, and we will work to find a resolution.

 

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
